Built here. Built to help here.
Lakeshore AI Solutions exists to give West Michigan businesses practical access to modern technology and a local person who will actually listen.
Our mission
Make advanced technology practical for the businesses that keep our communities moving.
Lakeshore AI Solutions helps small businesses identify where they are losing time, customers, or money—and builds practical technology to fix those problems. Our mission is to make modern automation, software, and connected systems accessible to local businesses through solutions shaped around the way they actually work.
The founding story
It started with a better question.
Reading The Goal changed the way I looked at a business. Instead of seeing isolated tasks and departments, I began seeing connected systems—and the bottlenecks that quietly limit everything around them.
Once I started looking through that lens, the opportunities were everywhere: calls that went unanswered, information that had to be entered twice, follow-up that depended on memory, and good employees losing time to repetitive work. These were not failures of effort. They were systems that could be designed better.
I founded Lakeshore AI Solutions to help West Michigan businesses find those constraints and remove them with practical technology. What began as a drive to understand how businesses work became a company focused on helping them work better—one useful system at a time.
